Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all subscription services provided by The Valley Social Media ("we," "us," or "our"), operating as The Valley Social Media.
1. Subscription Model
Our services are offered on a month-to-month subscription basis unless a specific contract term has been agreed upon in writing. Your subscription renews automatically at the beginning of each billing cycle.
2. How to Cancel
You may cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Managing your subscription through the Stripe customer portal accessible from your dashboard.
- Contacting us by email at contact@thevalleysocialmedia.com.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to services until the end of the period you have already paid for.
3. Refund Policy
- No partial-month refunds: Because our services involve scheduled content creation, production, and delivery, we do not issue refunds for partial months of service.
- Current billing period: If you cancel mid-cycle, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days.
- Billing errors: If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct any confirmed billing mistakes.
4. Contract-Based Services
If you have entered into a separate written contract with specific terms (e.g., a 3-month or 6-month commitment), the cancellation and refund terms of that contract take precedence over this policy. Early termination of contract-based services may be subject to fees as specified in the contract.
5. Service Disputes
If you are unsatisfied with our services, we encourage you to contact us before canceling. We are committed to resolving issues and will work with you to address concerns. However, dissatisfaction with results does not guarantee a refund, as outlined in our no-guaranteed-results clause in the Terms of Service.
6. Pausing a Subscription
We do not currently offer the ability to pause subscriptions. If you need a temporary break, you may cancel and resubscribe at a later date. Please note that pricing and availability may change.
